Inviting Quotations for Language Learning Software

St. Xavier’s College (Autonomous) Mumbai, is inviting quotations for the following items under the RUSA 2.0 Scheme of the Government of Maharashtra: 

LANGUAGE LEARNING SOFTWARE

1Learning modules with Interactive Multimedia Platform in compliance with CEFR with specified hours of learning material divided into modules with Lessons and exercises inclusive of all text, image and audio resources arranged in minimum 6 levels as Beginner, Elementary, Intermediate, Advanced, Proficient and Expert. Coverage of all 44 sounds of English with animated lip/mouth movements, with practicing exercises and reporting tools for grading. Testing inclusive of options to create questions in the form of MCQ, True or False, Fill in the blanks or Match the following with scores generated automatically. Facility for teachers with options to create question banks and to send the instructor’s screen, audio, video and text-based content to students’ consoles for teacher presentations. Automatic and Manual evaluation of Students progress should be probable.
2Other Languages: Sanskrit, Marathi, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Hindi, Sanskrit, Chinese, Greek, Portuguese, Arabic, and Indian regional Languages
3English for competitive Exams: Practice material for IELTS and TOEFL. English language tests for GRE, GMAT, CAT, UPSC, SSB and PTE.
4Writing Unit: Covering Email Etiquette, Vocabulary building, Letter Writing, Report Writing, C.V Builder, stories, statements of purpose and applications with an audio narration either in the form of instruction or reading about the particular exercise being practiced by the student to engage them in a stimulating multimedia teaching experience with multiple voice-over narration.
5Speaking Unit: Covering various types of situations like giving directions, telephone calls asking questions and other situational conversations with an audio interactive dialogue for the students to listen to and engage them in a simulative multimedia teaching experience with multiple voice-over narrations. Dialogues with Listen, Repeat, Roleplay and Compare options. Interview Tips, Group Discussions, Public Speaking, Debates & Presentation.
6Grammar Unit: An extensive detailed five-level Grammar program focusing on associated learning areas like listening, speaking, reading and vocabulary skills. The program should exclusively cover Elementary, Lower Intermediate, Intermediate, Upper Intermediate and Advanced levels.
7Soft Skills Unit: Industry friendly Modules with exercises/ MCQ answers and instant scoring on topics like Creating Confidence, Self Esteem, Self-Concept, Self-Acceptance, Personality Development, Goal Setting, Motivation, Self-Actualization, Attitude to Success, Problem Solving, Positive Thinking, Understanding Internships, How to make a great Resume, Prioritize your work, Teamwork, Career Guidance, Body Language, Higher Education – StudyingAbroad, Attitudes and its importance, How to prepare well for Examinations, Time management, Decision Making, How to use the internet for great jobs, GroupDiscussion, Presentation Delivery, Understanding Various Job Options, FormalLetter Writing, Public Speaking and Debating.

Please send detailed quotation on company letterhead along with a soft copy of the PAN CARD, AADHAR CARD of Proprietor, and GST certificate to “The Principal, St. Xavier’s College (Autonomous), Mumbai-400 001” should be emailed latest by 12 March 2022 by 4.00 p.m. to rusapurchase@xaviers.edu with a copy to achyut.joshi@xaviers.edu.

The original copy of the quotation should reach the undersigned on or before 15 March 2022, along with a PAN copy, AADHAR copy, GST certificate, and payment terms and conditions.

The quotation should mention the total amount including the discount and tax amount as applicable and clearly indicate the features offered.
