Students who wish to cancel their admission are required to send an email requesting cancellation of admission with the subject of the email being: ‘Admission Cancellation (FYBA/BSc/BMS/BAMCJ/BScIT/BCom, UID Number, Name)’ to vparts@xaviers.edu for BA/BMS/BAMCJ and vpsci@xaviers.edu for BSc/BSc IT. Also, copy the email (CC) to delina.lopes@xaviers.edu for BA/BSc and copy the email (CC) to shivali.mayekar@xaviers.edu for BScIT/BMS/BAMCJ. For BCom, email vaz.rocky@xaviers.edu.
Refund of fees will be deposited in the same account from which the fees were paid.
