Rectified Marksheets of FYJC (XI) Arts, mostly ‘B’ and ‘C’ Divisions and a few from ‘A’ (only those who had reported discrepancies/mistakes in their original Marksheets) are kept with the College Telephone Operator. Those students who had reported/applied for New/Rectified Marksheets should collect the same either personally or get it collected by their parents/guardians/relatives/friends by giving them authority letters (hard copy or soft copy/picture on mobile) during the college working hours (9.00am to 3.00pm). Students or the persons who are collecting the Marksheet have to sign on the Attendance sheet kept with the Telephone Operator. 30 October 2020 being a public holiday on account of Eid e Milad, students are advised to collect their Marksheets from Saturday, 31 October 2020 onwards.
