Lecture series on ‘Basics of Animal Tissue Culture’ by Dr. Pampi Chakraborty

Students will be taught virtually the basics of Animal tissue culture including tissue culture media preparation, handling of cell lines, revival, enumeration, seeding, subculturing, and cryopreservation. Students will learn the calculations relatedto cell cytotoxicity testing (MTT) and cell viability.
