All current SYJC (XII) students of ARTS & SCIENCE must collect their F.Y.J.C. Marksheets on 30 September 2020 as per the following schedule:

Please Note :

1) Students need to bring Original College ID cards to collect their XI Marksheets. They will make a queue as per the given schedule in the portico/drivein/parking area/first quadrangle (Basketball court) following the norms of social distancing.

2) Each student must carry their own pen to sign the sheet. No pen will be given by College authorities. Student must strictly maintain the norms of social distancing. Every student must wear face mask and carry hand sanitizer. Every student must maintain a distance of atleast 2 feet in the queue. Students have to wait outside the college gate and will enter the portico/ drive in/ parking area as per their turns. Overcrowding and gathering inside and outside the college gate is strictly prohibited.  

3) Those who can not make it on the designated date and time, will have to collect it later from the Operator between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm

4) All Online Lectures on Wednesday, 30 September 2020 will stand cancelled on account of the distribution of Report Cards (Marksheets).
