S.Y.J.C. Arts and Science (disabled students) who will be appearing for H.S.C. Board Exam of Feb/Mar-2021 and wish to take concession for the exam, need to collect the Form 1/Form 4 from the college telephone operator, get it filled in by the doctors of Sion/Nair/K.E.M. Hospital and submit it back to the operator along with the attested disabled certificate copy as soon as possible since we need to apply it in the H.S.C. Board Office to get the permission for the concession.
