Collection of H.S.C. Board Exam Marksheet of February 2020

Aug 24

Those HSC students who could not collect their HSC Board Marksheets and Leaving Certificates on 31/07/2020 due to some valid reasons can collect the same from the College Telephone Operator from Tuesday,25 August to Saturday, 29 August 2020 between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. They should bring along their college ID and HSC Hall ticket for the same. In case, parents/guardians/close relatives/friends are collecting the Marksheets and Leaving Certificates, they must carry authority letter signed by the student and picture of HSC Hall ticket and College ID of the student for the same. They also have to sign the list kept with the Telephone Operator. Please Note: Students should check their Marksheets and Leaving Certificates before leaving the college premises. They can apply for corrections for mistakes in name etc, if any, in their Marksheets or Leaving Certificates, in writing to the Principal and attach the copy of Marksheet or the Leaving Certificate as the case may be. The same should be handed over to the Telephone Operator.

HSC Board Marksheets Distribution scheduled on Wednesday, 12 August 2020 stands postponed until further notice as St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai has been declared a quarantine centre. Watch this space for the Revised Distribution Schedule.


Aug 8

Those HSC students who have not yet collected their HSC Board Marksheets and Leaving Certificates can collect the same from Ms.Supriya Saraf near the Security Guard’s table in the college portico/parking/drive-in on Wednesday,12/08/2020 during the office hours (10.00am 1.00pm).They should bring along their college id and HSC Hall ticket for the same.In case, parents or close relatives or guardians or friends are collecting the Marksheets and Leaving Certificates, they must carry authority letter and picture of HSC Hall ticket and College id of the student for the same.                                   
Please Note: Students are advised to collect their HSC Marksheets and Leaving Certificates on 12th August 2020 without fail, otherwise they will not be able to apply for corrections regarding discrepancies in name etc, if any, in their Marksheets before the last date fixed by the Board Office.


Aug 4

Postponed

Due to heavy rainfall and prediction for heavy showers over the next few days, the collection of the remaining HSC Marksheets and Leaving Certificates scheduled for Wednesday, 5 August 2020, has been postponed till further notice. Students will be informed about the revised date of the collection of HSC Marksheets depending on the weather conditions. Accordingly, the revised schedule for the same will be put up on the college website.

Note : 

  1. Students need to bring Original College ID card to collect their H.S.C. Board Marksheet. They will make a queue as per the given schedule in the portico/drive-in/parking area  following the norms of social distancing.
  2. Each student must carry their own pen to sign the sheet. No pen will be given by College authorities. Student must strictly maintain the norms of social distancing. Every student must wear face mask and carry hand sanitizer. Every student must maintain a distance of atleast 2 feet in the queue. Students have to wait outside the college gate and will enter the portico/ drive in/ parking area as per their turns. Overcrowding and gathering inside and outside the college gate is strictly prohibited.
