We regret to inform you the untimely demise of Mr. Ramdas Gawde who passed away on 14 May 2020 after a very brief hospitalisation due to chronic respiratory problems.
He joined St. Xavier’s College on 2 March 1997, in the treasurer’s office and after a few years was promoted as a laboratory attendant in the physics department. Ramdas was amongst the best lab attendants the department had. He was very sincere in his work, very cooperative, friendly and polite. It is a big loss to our college, and he will be missed dearly by his colleagues. He is survived by his mother, wife and two teenage daughters. Our condolences and prayers are with the bereaved family.
